Host Fourth of July Brunch

With 4th of July right around the bend it’s time to start prepping for the holiday!!  If you remember, I partnered with Lexington Company two years ago {see here – jeeze time flies!}, so when they reached out to collaborate again for the patriotic occasion, I could not wait!

This year I thought it would be fun to throw a 4th of July Brunch. I love the idea of getting the family together early on in the day so the afternoon can be spent playing outside! On the menu: warm buttery croissants, blueberry yogurt parfaits, fresh strawberries and sparkling champagne spritzers – all the essential food groups {in all the right colors!}.

To create this tablescape I started with some of my Lexington Company favorites, their blue and white striped tablecloth, beautiful white plates with blue trim {which I use year round}, and footed wine glasses {which I actually used for water topped with a lemon slice}. My favorite piece from Lexington’s dinnerware collection for sure are the rope napkin rings. The nautical theme goes seamlessly with the holiday.
