Meet the FH, Amanda Saiontz Gluck
Creator and Author of Fashionable Hostess, Party Planner, Fashionista, and Mom of two.
“We adore The Fashionable Hostess for a multitude of reasons, but her exquisite, totally-approachable style inspires us daily.”
“Gluck’s chic tablescapes have us wanting to invite the whole neighborhood over for brunch.“
From Miami to NYC, this fashionable entertaining entrepreneur has been styling outfits and cheese platters since she was first old enough to reach her dresser and dining room table. After graduating from Brown University, she quickly became a local to the NYC fashion scene. Amanda’s resume includes design at Macy’s Merchandising Group, working the fashion closet at Harpers Bazaar, celebrity styling and planning Fashion Week events for Owl’s Lab, and running the Public Relations department for Alice & Trixie. Amanda began her blog upon becoming engaged and acquiring endless new sets of dishware and glassware; she loved entertaining for guests and decided to start documenting her adventures and tablescapes. In 2013 when she had her daughter Reese she decided to focus on the blog full-time.
Since doing so she has become a contributing editor for StyleMePretty.com and TheNest.com. Her extensive Press list and collaborations include features on GlitterGuide.com, AOL.com, StyleList.com, ElizabethStreet.com, KitchenDaily.com, LuckyMag.com and in Occasions Magazine. Amanda serves as a Brand Ambassador to a number of lifestyle, decor, and fashion brands. For a full list of press, head to the Press Page.
Amanda now resides in New York City with her husband, daughter Reese, and son Brooks where she works daily to cover everything and anything in the realm of entertaining, food, fashion, organization, beauty and baby.
